Go, Granny! Go, Granny! Go, Granny! I wish I had weighed all the crops that I grew over the winter and harvested in early spring. I had lettuce, cabbage, and mustard greens. Maybe those extra tomato plants will put me over.

********
Ribbit, I'm so happy the wrinkles didn't show in the photo. The lounge pad wrinkles, that is....mine always show, dammit. Once I finish the sewing, I'll fluff it in the dryer.

Yes, I was up around 1075 pounds last year. I mean my garden production was. I think personally I was up around 150, though, which is way too much but so be it.

********
Fiona, we're also still eating greens, and more greens and more greens! The refrigerator is full of greens, and the lettuce is out in the garden screaming "Cut me, cut me!"Annie*s Grannyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04772261218172078099noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5597627580631284872.post-13748605222484199252010-06-28T07:17:46.539-07:002010-06-28T07:17:46.539-07:00Wow that's quite a feat! I LOVE the cushion cover, it's way better looking than those same old prints all the premade ones come in!Erinhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06916896512933101955noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5597627580631284872.post-51743584973824188062010-06-28T06:40:30.561-07:002010-06-28T06:40:30.561-07:00Yay granny! I'm slightly up from that this year as I'm at 23lbs right now. It is going to be hard keeping up this year though. I didn't do any successions in the greens bed at the old house. It is almost harvested out already. Now my summer crops have to start. At least the weather has been good for the summer crops. I had the first zucchini blossom open at the old house, but no males to be seen. I hope it can live until one opens. I've never had a female as the first blossom before.Daphne Gouldhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17305049560953735881noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5597627580631284872.post-76701609437953032402010-06-27T22:20:59.713-07:002010-06-27T22:20:59.713-07:00Thomas, I harvested nearly thirty pounds this week...Thomas, I harvested nearly thirty pounds this week. I think I'm headed for lighter harvests in the next few weeks though, unless the beans keep coming on strong and the remaining cabbages head up.

********
Thanks, meemsnyc.

********
Kitsap, I even set up a big fan near by, and set my radio to the light jazz station. Tomorrow I'll try that nap, and hope the flies and mosquitoes leave me alone.

********
Thanks, Holly.
