I never worry about a glut of most kinds of veggies with him around. The only thing he doesn't take home in quantity is lettuce. He only liked the Anuenue, and I wouldn't part with that. Speaking of, I just started 8 seeds of 6 varieties, and the Anuenue is the only one not to germinate at all. What a bummer, as it's such a good lettuce. But back to the onions...we've already eaten all but that 15-1/2 lb. basket and about 6-8 smaller ones in the veggie basket. They are so sweet, they go into a lot of salads and sandwiches as well as cooked dishes.<br /><br />********<br />TIG, bite your tongue. Or fingers, in this case. That puny old rabbit wouldn't flavor a stew. Remove the fur from him, and all you have is a little bag of bones.
