Of course, me being me, I'd have to go with "Annie's Granny's Nanny" and call her Annie for short LOL!Annie*s Grannyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04772261218172078099noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5597627580631284872.post-78853962268153826152012-10-22T03:39:49.907-07:002012-10-22T03:39:49.907-07:00Hi Granny, just letting you know that today we wer...Hi Granny, just letting you know that today we were contacted and have taken in another baby goat. A little girl... and she needs a new name? She was spotted in a flooded field and remarkably survived until the water receded and she could be caught. Hubby and Charlea helped to locate her and rescue her this morning, and we thought our followers could help with suggestions for her name. Any ideas? Two comments out of 500 followers just makes me sad.

I'm still having a problem getting my card to go through for a donation, I went to the bank yesterday and had them authorize an international transaction, so hopefully it will work today. I hope I don't have to resort to sending cash through the mail, but since I have appointed myself little baby Chanel's *Fairy Godmother*, I'll figure out a way :-)Annie*s Grannyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04772261218172078099noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5597627580631284872.post-21375084971901954992012-10-20T08:45:43.551-07:002012-10-20T08:45:43.551-07:00Aww... and we love our "Granny" here on ...Aww... and we love our "Granny" here on the Mountain! I've set aside this afternoon to explore Jacqui's blog. Considering my love for goats, and animals in general, I'm looking forward to it. Kudos to you for your support of her cause and for sharing her story with the rest of us!Edhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09433165045195052022noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5597627580631284872.post-55440101350946796602012-10-19T13:00:39.211-07:002012-10-19T13:00:39.211-07:00The thanks goes to you Jacqui, for all the love an...The thanks goes to you Jacqui, for all the love and kindness you share with others! It only took me 1-1/2 days to read your entire blog from the beginning through today's post! I must say, it brought both tears and smiles :-)Annie*s Grannyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04772261218172078099noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5597627580631284872.post-81067302935615317632012-10-19T12:15:52.908-07:002012-10-19T12:15:52.908-07:00Hi Granny, what can I say but yet another Thank yo...Hi Granny, what can I say but yet another Thank you! Your post is humbling, and it made me cry to think that someone out there too took the time to care. We are so little known, but keep soldiering on with saving those in need when and where we can. We don't seek recognition, or expect anything in return, but hope to raise awareness of what a difference anyone can make to helping those who cannot speak or fend for themselves. I hope by seeing what we do, even on a budget, it inspires others to think again before dismissing any animal to be left to its own devices, when we can do so much with a little love and kindness. The online support is inspiring, and helps to keep us going with all the hard work, juggling finances, and being innovative in finding ways to continue our rescue and rehoming work. Thank you again for taking the time to stop by and expressing your interest, it means alot to us. Wait until you read about the little pig who was scared, so she brought it in the house and it slept on her daughter's bed until it was comfortable with its surroundings! With your new piggy love, you'll really enjoy that tale!

It was my bank that wouldn't let the donation go through.
