I just want to thank you for keeping Annie's Granny's blog online. I was so grateful to find it today when trying to remember one of the details of her special tomato-growing system. I am just one of many, many, many people who think of your very special Mom when planning my next-year garden. What a wonderful legacy.
I know this is late but I thought of your mother this morning as I am putting our gardens to bed this year. She was an inspiration and now find myself coming back here and re-reading posts of hers. Thanks for keeping this here.
Hello! I'm not sure how I missed this. It didn't give me a notice that there was a new post. I often think of you all and wonder how you all are doing. I always leave the link on my sidebar to the "gardening for granny" post and there is rarely a time I'm out in the yard doing something that I don't think of her. I can't believe it's been so long. I come to her blog often for ideas and just inspiration. I hope you all will leave this blog up as a testament to her wonderful legacy of advice that she left behind. Big hugs to all of you.
Thought of y'all this year on Mother's Day as well. Granny sure is missed but I was here perusing back through some of her posts for some advice on our tomato plants. I found it. her knowledge and ideas live on...peace to you all.
Her legacy lives on! Happy Mother's day:)
ReplyDeleteI think of your mom/grandma every time I painstakingly glue carrot seeds to toilet paper.
