Annie's Granny and Mr. Husband were married.
(OK, guys...I'm not as thick as I look in that picture. Hmmph.)
It's been a pretty good 46 years. And Mr. H says I can buy the boards for those new garden beds. Actually, he said "Go buy the %#*&^# boards. You always do whatever you want to anyway".

Oh my goodness...I love his hair in your wedding picture!! lol
ReplyDeleteCongrats on 46 years, you two! In another, um, 35 years we'll have been married as long as you. :p I'll be 65 then...yikes!
Yay! 46 years together. Whew...that's a long time! Congratulations :) Tell hubby that to celebrate, you wanna build something! You should be able to buy all kinds of boards today! lol

That's called a "flat top", LOL! Although the removal of a sconce from the wall behind his head may have contributed to a bit more flatness *g*. I really need to rescan that old photo and do a better job of photoshopping that wall.
ReplyDeleteStick around, and we'll celebrate my 70th birthday next January!
Well, I'm terribly impressed that you do Photoshop. I'm pretty much a Photoshop idiot! lol
ReplyDeleteKristen, I'm afraid I used "photoshop" as a generic term. I actually tried the program once, for about 15 minutes, and decided "whoa...too much for me to handle". I just kept my old PhotoDeluxe 3.0, which is all all I need in my limited capacity! I didn't even care for the upgrades to PD 3.0. It's comfy for me, like an old shoe.
ReplyDeleteThank you for leaving such a nice comment on my blog as I was able to now find yours!
ReplyDeleteHappy Anniversary one day late!
I noticed you live in WA for half the year and AZ the other half. Is that to avoid the heat in one state and the rain in the other? If so I like that idea! :)
Cynthia, I'm in the eastern part of Washington. What is this thing you call "rain"? I go for the heat all year long!
ReplyDeleteI love your blog, I visit you daily!
I'm reading every post (I use bloglines to read blogs) but I often forget to click over and comment. 'Cause I'm a dolt.
ReplyDeleteCongratulations on 46 years!! Cute funny on the thick and thin, lol. :)
Thank you, Teresa. I've really enjoyed reading your blog for the past few years. We need to get another frog war going!
ReplyDeleteGreetings,
ReplyDeleteFirst time here. Found while reading the SFG in GardenWeb. 'Belated Congratulations on the wonderful 46 years of your wedding annivesary'.

ReplyDeleteGranny
Annie's Granny, I'm assuming since this pic was posted last, now you and your hubby have been married 48 years? "Congratulations" on 48 years of wedded bliss! And may I also add, what a great looking couple you and your husband are.
ReplyDeleteThank you, Domestic Goddess! Going on 49 years now. Bliss? Depends on which day you ask me, LOL ;-)
