It was a great day for Seahawks fans, 1st. I'm not really all that into football, but even I got caught up in the playoffs and the Super Bowl this year.
Of course it was because of Lola, Cloud! It also helped that your state stunk LOL!!! I was watching the Beer Bowl on (I think) CNN yesterday afternoon, where they pitted beers brewed in WA and CO against each other, and WA brews won every single taste test. Every.single.one!
Well they certainly did last night. I was rooting for Denver as I grew up in Colorado. I didn't even watch the fourth quarter. I haven't seen such a boring Superbowl in a long time. I much prefer them to be close. Much more exciting.
Daphne, it was pretty exciting at our house. Eleven people yelling and whooping it up, four dogs in the house, a large pizza dumped onto the kitchen floor, a full glass of iced tea going down on the computer desk and Seattle absolutely trouncing Denver!
I was not following the game since I am not a fan of either team, but had to make a commet about how they CREAMED them-geez. I could not believe when I found out the score. You have a grand-doggie,too. I do ,too. His name is Chance, but now I have human grandsons. They are both under 2 yrs old, and I still call them Chance sometimes-lol
Robbie, I have granddogs Lola, Punkin, Max and Jake! Don't feel badly, I often call Annie by my daughter's name, "Amy". I also have a son, Scott. More than once I've called Annie and Otto "Amy and Scotto"!
The Seahawks stayed true to their mantra.... !!
ReplyDeleteWe were pretty excited by the win, Bangchik!
DeleteAwesome! We were rooting for Seattle as well. Congrats to all the Seahawks fans (including Lola!)

DeleteIs that why they won? Cause of Lola? I thought it was because my state didn't score as many points! haha

DeleteReally? WA must have some insane good microbreweries. CO is pretty good for small batch beers. Of course, MI was amazing at it as well.

DeleteFloor Pie!! Oh the humanity!!!
DeleteI'm not a huge Peyton Manning fan (being from New England and all) so I was rooting for the Seahawks too. :)
ReplyDeleteA man after my own heart ;-)
DeleteMr. Granny absolutely despises Peyton Manning! I think he's just jealous, LOL.
Wasn't that just the best game ever . . . Lola looks so cute in her sea hawk shirt :)
ReplyDeleteYour blogging sister, Connie :)
