Mom, Why Don't You Blog Any More?

That was the question my youngest daughter asked yesterday.

"It's 28 degrees outside.  I can't work in the garden."

"It's too early to start seeds indoors."

"Your Dad and I are both on a diet, so I'm not cooking anything of interest."

In other words............

"I got nuthin"!

    1. Gail, I don't think we're alone. It's pretty slow here in gardening blog land!

    3. So true, Cloud. Just give it a bit of time, and I'll be complaining because there's too much to do and I won't be able to catch up!

  4. Hey I'm blogging on Mondays when I'm required to (sadly the hostess always has to post even when she has nothing), but not any other times.

    1. Daphne, it won't be long now. I told myself I was cutting back on blogging, on weighing the produce and on the number of tomato plants. I lied, I'm sure. ;-)

  6. I'll admit it has seemed dead around the garden blogging world since you stopped posting. Even the unstoppable granny needs a break. :)

  8. Granny,
I hope you're doing good these days. I'm getting everything in order for my garden this year and will start my new gardening blog once I start planting. I've decided to utilize more of my 2 acres here at home and will plant a lot more than I have in the past. I'm also designing and building a better watering system that my brother will enjoy seeing, too. Stay tuned and take care!

    1. Greg, you and I must be kindred spirits...or at least on the same wave length! One of my thoughts, when I woke up this morning, was "I'm going to email Greg to see how he's doing". I'm so glad to hear you will be starting up your blog again! I sure will stay tuned :-)

  9. I'm not doing a garden this spring because I'm having a baby (currently having contractions as we speak actually... false labor or not? only time will tell) so I'll be living through your seedling starts vicariously. I know I don't comment much, but I lurk!

Can't wait to see the first little leaves break soil! Post lots of pictures. :D

  11. Hey, the seed catalogs keep one excited...even if you just look at them all the time for fun. Lol. My husband makes fun of me all the time for spending so much time looking over those babies. Hey, he doesn't complain when all the good produce starts comin out of my garden though!
