April 20 - The Monsters I Have Created

When I began baking cookies for Big Dog (see April 7, 2012 - Finishing Up), I should have known his whole family would soon show up for dinner!

    1. I think I'm safe, Rachel. There are 6' high solid wood fences between me and the other neighborhood dogs!

  2. LOL I can see you going out your front door and being attacked by a pack of dogs. Well attacked in a good way. How can you resist those begging eyes?

    1. Rachy, they make me smile, but they also make me hide inside at times. They would love to have treats fed to them all day long, but I can't afford all that peanut butter, LOL!

    3. LOL, 1st Man, I printed it out and put it on my desk!

Today Yodi (the littlest dog) dropped half of her cookie, and Big Dog tried to snag it. That little dog lit into him like you wouldn't believe! She was ready to kill for her cookie! Needless to say, Yodi won. :-)

  8. Buddy's on his way. He took off after he got an email from Big Dog. I refused to bake any treats when he asked and he split. Treat him well! :)

    1. Stefaneener, they're so easy to make, and I know the ingredients are good for them. One never knows, what with all the recalls they have on commercial brands now. Of course, there could always be a recall on the ingredients!

  12. How cute!! My neighbor ladies at my last house had my puppy eating out of the palms of their hands. She knew them by name, and knew when their car came home! Theirs weren't homemade though, unless you count the cherry tomatoes they'd sneak her from my garden! You've definitely started something Granny!

    1. Megan, the previous owner of that house had a gate put in the fence so her dog could come over and visit with me! I sure do miss her, and her little dog.
